Shipping is the responsibility of the artist. Generally you can expect your art within 7-10 business days. Additionally, we offer clear instructions to artists on how to properly handle and ship their work.

We will email you tracking information when your artwork ships. In the event the artist neglects to ship out your painting in a timely manner, your payment will automatically be transferred back to your original form of payment. For example, if you used PayPal to purchase your artwork, your PayPal account will be credited back the full amount.

Though we offer artists plenty of tips for shipping their pieces, TheStarvingArtist.com will not be held responsible for damaged shipments. We are here to help facilitate the artist-buyer relationship. We are also here to make this process as smooth and as efficient as possible.
