As a seller you agree that by uploading your artwork to this site as for sale; TheStarvingArtist.com will not be held responsible for any disputes arriving from your painting or photo art being copied and used either privately or commercially. It is the artist's responsiblity to copyright and protect his or her interests and assets. Sellers of art agree to indemnify TheStarvingArtist.com from all issues arrising from any use of our site.

As a seller of of art through TheStarvingArtist.com, you agree to comply with the use of this site with regards to shipping your artwork to the buyer of your art. You agree to package the shipments in a way that will protect them during shipment. You agree to place a "Fragile" sticker on the exterior of the package. You agree to use material such as bubble wrap in order to protect the shipment of your art.

As a purchaser of art through TheStarvingArtist, you understand that TheStarvingArtist.com is a facilitator of art sales. We do not create the pieces or list the prices of artwork, we do not guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase, and we do not ship or handle your purchase.  All arrangements with regards to returns or similar, should be arranged directly with the artist.  We do guarantee that we will do our part to create a safe and effective environment for artist and buyers of art to pursue their business interests.

In order to facilitate the sale of your art work, The Starving Artist may choose to include your name, photos, and content in order to market your work in various forms of media. By submitting your photos and writeups you grant The Starving Artist permission to republish, alter and create derivatives in any and all media whatsoever.
